Ordering from the US

While CLS is a Canadian company, we've happily served clients across the United States since opening our doors. Nearly half of our jigs are sent to the US.

If you live in the US, the exchange rate is currently heavily in your favour. This is a great time to purchase our products.

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions US residents ask when ordering from us.

What are the USD prices of your products and how do I pay in USD?

The exchange rate between the CAD and USD changes daily. The exact rate you pay is calculated at the time of checkout by PayPal or your CC company and may vary slightly from other online rates. Simply complete the checkout process on our website and the currency will automatically be converted by your payment provider (PayPal, Visa, MC, etc).

How do you ship to the US and how long will it take?

Our products are shipped via courier. This is typically 4-8 business-day service to most parts of the US. Parcels can experience delays going through customs, but we have found this is rarely the case.

What import charges, duties or taxes will I pay on your products?

We do not collect taxes from US customers. You may be required to be pay sales tax at the time of receipt, but these rules vary state-by-state.

According to the USMCA/CUSMA agreement, all products manufactured by CLS qualify as duty free. However, these rules can change at any time. Please note that tariffs are a tax on the purchase of products from another country - any future tariffs that may affect CLS products will be the responsibility of the receiver.
